Job Duties:

• Preparation of legal documentation
• Translation of the content of various corporate/commercial documents from Chinese to English and vice versa.
• Preparation of charts and diagrams making use of Microsoft Excel and other requisite computer skills.
• Attendance at meetings/conference calls with relevant HK/PRC/overseas parties conducted in Mandarin/English, taking notes thereat, and preparing relevant documentation/materials in relation thereto thereafter.

Requirement:

• Academic Qualification : possession of a university degree
• Experience: have solid experience in preparing legal documentation, and attending to translation work.
• Background: have good oral and written language skills.  Ideally, he/she should be trilingual, fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, and has good experience working with documents in simplified and traditional Chinese.
• Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.)
