Job Description
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Event and Operations Teams in developing and building creative strategic plans for potential clients.
- Assist the managers in providing full range of admin support to clients.
- Liaising with sales teams accurately and effectively convey their needs to Manager.
- Ensuring that marketing materials are refreshed periodically.
- Checking stock of all marketing material.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- 1-2 years working experience in accounting or customer services field, fresh graduate will be considered.
- Strong analytical, and computer skills (especially at Powerpoint and Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet organisational deadlines.
- A Can-do attitude.
- Posses an outgoing, pleasant personality.
- Have strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
