Job Description

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Work closely with Event and Operations Teams in developing and building creative strategic plans for potential clients.
  2. Assist the managers in providing full range of admin support to clients.
  3. Liaising with sales teams accurately and effectively convey their needs to Manager.
  4. Ensuring that marketing materials are refreshed periodically.
  5. Checking stock of all marketing material.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

 

  1. 1-2 years working experience in accounting or customer services field, fresh     graduate will be considered.
  2. Strong analytical, and computer skills (especially at Powerpoint and Excel).
  3. Ability to work under pressure and meet organisational deadlines.
  4. A Can-do attitude.
  5. Posses an outgoing, pleasant personality.
  6. Have strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
