Job Duties:

• Perform top-quality customer services in the front desk
• Greet the incoming customers and answer phone calls
• Handle general enquiries and complaint cases
• Manage the booking schedule
• Support in ad hoc tasks as required

Job Requirement:

• Diploma Holder with relevant customer services experiences gained from services / retail industry
• Cheerful, self-driven and patient 
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Speak & write good command of English & Chinese
• Occasionally work on Saturday with compensation provided
