Responsibilities:

∙  Handle Customer servies hotline

. Provide all-rounded clerical and administrative support for office and retail shops

∙ Cooperate closely with cross departments & retail shops to ensure the smooth daily  operation

∙ Assist in the preparation of training & regularly scheduled reports

∙ Assist in maintaining information and database system updates

∙ Assist in other duties / ad hoc projects

Requirements:

∙  F.5 or above with 1-2 years of working experience in office administration

∙ Fresh graduates with the right personality and good working attitude will also be considered

∙ Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required

∙ Strong and effective communications and interpersonal skills

∙ Flexible, able to work under pressure with multi-tasking skills

∙ Immediately available is an advantage
