• Dedicated candidate with pleasant character and good education background of Form 7 or above, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Provide timely and informative response by emails or telephone calls to client inquiries in a professional manner
• Update and maintain client data base, files and records
• Prepare and process all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
• Provide follow up services to clients
• Perform other secretarial and administrative duties as assigned
