Job Description
Responsibilities
Full spectrum office & auction support, including but not limited to
• Prepare Auction Catalog: Translation (English to Chinese) , Proofreading and
Assisting layout and printing
• Assist Auction Coodination: Interpretation on Auction Podium, Assist clients' inquiries
and complaints, Manage Logistic and Handle operations
• Support Consignment Team for auction inquiries
• Provide support of the general office administration function including office
admin work, procurement and maintenance of office equipment and supplies
• Periodical packing & shipping
• Handle and follow up clients’ enquiries and complaints
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirement
• 1-2 years relevant experience preferred
• Translation major preferred
• Detail-oriented & organized ; multi-tasking ability
• Excellent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese, both written and spoken, is a must
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to learn and conform to any new work procedures
• Immediate available is preferred
