Requirements:

•   Degree holder, preferably in Business related disciplines
•   Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in NGO or institutional setting
•   Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
•   Service-oriented and a good team player
•   Independent, able to meet deadline and work under pressure
•   Willing to take up other duties as assigned

Job responsibilities:

•   To coordinate and assist in the arrangement of examination, assessment and interviews
•  To handle all aspects of examination services, including data entry and management, candidate registration and enquires as well as providing other clerical support
•   To coordinate the organization of training courses
•   To handle education related enquiries
• To provide support in other institute events and social activities
