Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for handling customer enquiries in professional manner and providing requested information to our customers through telephone or e-mail / fax

-- General clerical duties

(Working hours: 9:00am- 5:30pm Mondays to Fridays)

Job Requirements:

- F.7 or above, at least 2 year experience in customer services

- Strong interpersonal communication skills and good telephone manner is a must

- Pleasant, energetic, well-organized, result-oriented, good analytical skills

- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. Good written English skills
