Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage email requests of generic mailboxes
- Follow up requests verification and administration
- Input data into internal database systems
- Support and coordinate the delivery of samples to the specified locations
- Generate reports and presentation materials from internal database systems
- Provide coordination with other departments
- Assist in other administrative duties and ad hoc projects
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in any discipline
- Attentive to details and sensitive to figures
- Good command of English and Chinese preferably including Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word ,Excel, Powerpoint and preferably Access
- Strong communication and organizational skills
