Job duties:

• Perform daily operations of reception counter including greeting guests, handling incoming calls, couriers and mailing arrangement.
• Responsible of the office warehouse: sorting, storage and packaging product samples for deliveries
• Provide full spectrum of clerical and general administrative support to the department in ad hoc project as required
• Responsible to keep show room and meeting rooms tidy and in good conditions
• Perform simple data entry jobs

Requirements: 

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• 1-3 years clerical experience
• Good Cantonese, simple English
• Immediate available is highly preferred
