Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing various investor relations activities such as annual general meeting, roadshows, and press conference of results ;
• Assist in preparing investor presentation,  annual report, interim report and other listing documents;
• Develop and update investor presentations in align with company development and business for investors and analysts;
• Assist in responding investor enquiries, and company website maintenance;
• Conduct research and analyze financial market information;
• Participate in investor relations ad-hoc projects as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• 8 years IR related experience gained in sizable organization, with more than 3 years investor relations experience in listed companies is a must;
• Self-motivated, committed,  able to work independently and on tight deadline;
• Team player with good communications in both written and spoken English & Chinese and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Good business sense, analytical skills and detail-minded.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Investor Relations Manager.
