Responsibilities

• To evaluate and raise appropriate types of capital to fit the Company’s financial needs;
• Create, develop, grow or acquire businesses in which capital can be raised;
• Liaise with investment banks and potential investors to identify investment opportunities;
• Perform due diligence and credit approval works on potential investments;
• Take charge of the overall finance and accounting functions, regulations, control and monitoring of the operations;
• Responsible for the implement of the accounting, financial issue, taxation and company system of Hong Kong office;
• Control, analyze and balance the funds management; 
• Assign and review company resources under related regulations.   

Requirements

• Qualified accountant and degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
• Minimum 8+ year relevant experience gained from sizable companies, and preferably experience in conglomerates or public listed companies;
• Solid experience in corporate finance and investment is a MUST;
• Familiar with Hong Kong and China accounting policies and regulations.
