Responsibilities

• Analyse operational performance for assigned countries through application and weekly reports/flat files to identify and segregate issues with negative impact on scores.
• Liaise directly local operations to develop solutions for immediate implementation.
• Generate performance report related service and operations
• Develop and monitor Peak Period plan, including ensuring that there is sufficient capacity planned during the Peak Period and robust contingency plans in place.
• Develop regular reporting of analysis performed and communicate with management

Requirements

• University educated
• Extensive and applied knowledge of reporting and analytical skills
• 5 years minimum experience in analytical field or related field
• Solid project Management experience
• Excellent command of both written and verbal English, knowledge of other languages preferred
• Experience in the Supply Chain sector highly desirable
• Extensive proficiency in MS Excel and demonstrated ability to manipulate data rapidly and efficiently
• Excellent computer skills in MS Word, and PowerPoint; MS Access and MS Project knowledge desirable
