about the company.
Our client, a top tier Chinese investment bank, we looking to hire a Vice President to build the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) team and maintain in-depth relationships with the business.
about the job
- Manage all aspects of new client implementation.
- Analyze the client data of employee share plan and communicate with clients to confirm their requirements for ESOP,
- Prepare relevant documents for ESOP business and daily operation.
- Prepare and update the policies and procedures of ESOP business to ensure the ESOP business is well coordinated and the daily operation is smooth.
- Establish the procedures and controls to manage the risks associated with the ESOP business.
- Assist dealing and IT department in performing ESOP system testing and system rollout, and
- Assist in performing daily operation such as account opening, responding client enquires, reporting, recording keeping and system monitoring.
skills & experiences required.
- Holder of SFC's license for Regulated Activity - Type 1 ,
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines,
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in ESOP business,
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English is essential, fluency in Mandarin is a must, and
- Good analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills.
