We especially wish to hear from candidates with 2 – 6 year’s experience to join our team:

CLIENT SERVICE RELATIONSHIP MANAGER : 

• Ensure client reporting obligations are fulfilled 
• Provide clarification and  / or escalation according to service needs
• Support client onboarding workflows with an emphasis on compliance
• Provide the middle office team with trade details where required 
• Attend client meetings with senior business development colleagues

Candidate Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or business related disciplines;
• Possess professional qualifications either as a license holder of SFC or passed related examinations of HKSI and be able to be registered with the SFC
• Interest in learning additional asset classes with a solid foundation in transaction workflows for at least : either bonds, or equities, or futures
• At least two years’ experience in a regulated environment 
• Experience in handling account opening and customer due diligence is preferred;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must; candidates with written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) are preferred
