Job Description

A client is currently seeking a high calibre candidate for the following position:

Senior Technical Officer / Technical Officer

Responsibilities:

Support the property routine and planning of facilities management service
Monitor daily repair and maintenance works for residential facilities.
Align with relevant parties for service fulfillment.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
At least 1 year experience in property facilities management or maintenance
Self-motivated with good communication skills with all parties
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
With tender management experience is a plus.
