Responsible for the professional management and site supervision of the term consultancy work of emergency repairs, major repairs and minor building works to aided Schools in the HKSAR.

Assistant Building Surveyors/ Project Coordinators (as Site Supervisory Staff)

• Graduate/ Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Surveying or Building Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent.
• Minimum two years relevant post qualifications experience.
• Level 2 (Grade E) or above in English Language (Syllabus B as appropriate) and Chinese Language in HKCEE/ HKDSEE, or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, Project and AutoCAD.
