Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Collate property market research in the Hong Kong and overseas markets;
• Assist in valuation assessment and acquisition of land and property in the HK and overseas markets;
• Prepare and update reports for management review;
• Assist in planning and management for land/buildings with redevelopment potential under site acquisition;
• Assist in exercising coordination of property development projects.

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Surveying, Real Estate, Statistics or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience;
• Experience in valuation and market research is preferred;
• Sensitive to figures and willing to learn; 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua);
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
