Requirements: 

• Certificate or Diploma in Product/ Fashion/ Graphic Design
• 1-2 years successful experience in product development as Junior Designer
• Detail minded, responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willing to learn and can work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Knowledge of fabric sourcing is a plus
• Knowledge of product manufacturing and sample making
• Experience in USA home goods & home textiles market is a plus
• Knowledge of textiles & print techniques is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Responsibilities: 

• Assist Design Manager in project follow up, routine filing, paperwork, and other administrative functions to keep projects on timeline
• Support the product development process from design concept to production
• Conduct market and trend research
• Manage the sample making process
• Monitor the color approval process
• Research and identify market trends and apply toward viable fabric prints, patterns, and product designs for USA home goods market.
• Insure art, product concepts, packaging design, and samples are delivered on deadline
• Concise, effective, and regular communication with factories
• Work closely with sales team and fabric team
