Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- HK listed company
- OEM/ODM toys manufacturer
- Headquarters : Hong Kong
- China factory : 3000-4000 workers
- Main markets : US, Europe and Japan for international toys brands/clients
- Key customers : Mattel, Fisher Price, Bandai, MGA, Jakks, Takura Tomy etc
- We are looking ENGINEERING MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- At least 10 years’ engineering experience in the toy industry
- Handle OEM/ODM projects with overseas and local customers
- Responsible for new product design and development, monitor development schedule and cost control
- Supervise a team of China engineers
- Strong mechanical design abilities, with knowledge in electronic / soft toy products
- Knowledge in 3D engineering software include Pro-E, Solidworks etc is a plus
- Report to the Engineering & Quality Director
- Degree holder; preferably in Engineering / Manufacturing / Production related; or equivalent
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skills and experiences in supervising a team of China engineers
- Work based in Guangdong factory with frequent travel to HK office
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 10 days
