On behalf of a leading property management company, we are now inviting high caliber personnel to fill up the position of Assistant Technical Service Manager.

Accountabilities

• Responsible for supervision and coordination of a full spectrum of repair and maintenance operation of building systems and facilities
• Deliver the best solutions for strategic planning, daily operations and team leading
• Develop and review all standard procedures and control systems and ensure that they are strictly followed by staff members at sites
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance program to ensure the facilities and equipments are in healthy conditions

Attributes

• Degree holder in Facility / Property Management / Building / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines 
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in building operation and maintenance of hotel or luxury residential properties, with 3 years at managerial level.
• Excellent in leadership with problem solving techniques, able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
• Mature, presentable with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
