Responsibilities 

• Responsible for the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, cost control and budget planning
• Provide training to the team to deliver high quality of customer service and sustain the brand's image
• Develop and implement marketing activities to drive sales and revenue for the restaurant
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Management

Requirements

• At least 5 years work experience in Japanese restaurant or relevant F&B operations,including 3 years solid experience in operations management
• Strong management skill with positive mind-set
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office
