Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, cost control and budget planning
- Provide training to the team to deliver high quality of customer service and sustain the brand's image
- Develop and implement marketing activities to drive sales and revenue for the restaurant
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Management
Requirements
- At least 8 years work experience in Chinese restaurant or relevant F&B operations,including 5 years solid experience in operations management
- Strong management skill with positive mind-set
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office
