Responsibilities:

• Provide support to end user
• Continuous develop the support and managed service team
• Work as interface among Presales, Postsales and End-User
• Maintain an in depth knowledge of current market trends, new technologies and consumer demands
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

• To manage and perform supervisory duties on IT Infrastructure Project and ensuring procedures and processes are adhered to company’s standard life cycle process
• To provide planning and schedule for IT Infrastructure Projects
• To ensure jobs assigned to the IT Infrastructure Teams are managed and completed within targets outlined by the SLA
• To set procedure and processes in line with standards within the IT Infrastructure environment
• To manage project life cycle processes including business case, project invitation, project approval, stakeholder communication and implementation.

• Responsible for oversight of all aspect of Information Security management.
• Provide day-to-day direction and management security activities for bank IT projects.
• Analyze, design and implement ongoing operation/maintenance of firewall infrastructure
• Review and update security policy, guideline, procedures documents regularly
• Define IT security framework to guard against security exposure and technology risk.
• Perform configure and design the system with integration/virtualization to cope with expanding business needs.

• Lead the software application team to provide innovative and customer-focused IT solutions to drive business transformation
• Manage major IT programs and other deliveries and ensure deliverables are in compliance with the required standard
• Work with senior management and business unit to identify improvement initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to cope with new business requirements with proper resources allocation
• Facilitate setup of IT governance, including IT security, compliance, control and monitoring together with other IT functional units
• Drive the culture of Delivery-Excellence and Customer-Centricity
• Support the formulation IT budget, resources planning and staff development strategies
• Keep abreast with the trend and development in the industry and optimize the IT infrastructure, server/network, systems and policies

Requirements:

• University Graduate / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or Information Technology, or relate discipline
• 5 years or above working experience in System Integrator or with relevant experience of providing product development
• Strong technical background and innovative with strong curious mindsets
• Experience in support team establishment and Support Development life cycle and process essential
• Willing to learn new technologies and strong problem-solving skill
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, fluent in Chinese, with proficiency in English an advantage
• Hand-on AWS, QCloud and setup VPC networking 
• Technical knowledge on Virtualization, Server, SAN Storage and Backup Solutions
• Good experience of cloud and IoT technology
• Experience on below brands and technologies have advantages
