Our client is a Top-tier Property Developer, they are now expanding and looking for a strong Project Manager who are energetic, passionate and love new web technology, and join their dynamic and professional team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide project management and responsible for the assigned projects to deliver business values, and produce the required deliverables with the defined quality within the specified time frame & budget
• Define the business objectives, value proposition and project scope, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Prepare project initiation documents and maintain project plans
• Manage the project and related activities from initiation through implementation to post-implementation review
• Work with the project team including Business Analysts and Technical Analysts, and delegate project tasks based on members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels

Requirements:

• University Graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management for enterprise level solutions; solid experience in CRM platform development and/or maintenance as well as knowledge Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be advantages, previous exposure in Retail or Property Development Industry is also advantageous. 
• Capable of communicating with different parties, and translating business requirements into detailed functional requirements
• Strong business and system acumen; good understanding of project life cycle; experience in Agile is a plus
• Driven, motivated and detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills 
• Good command of spoken and written English is a must
• Strong in SQL database data mining; highly analytical and critical – able to draw logical conclusions from existing data
• Experience in BI dashboard (Qlik Sense and/or Tableau) design and BI implementation projects will be an advantage
