Roles & Responsibility:-

• Partner with business users to conduct study and analysis on the current workflows and SOP, with the ability to scrutinize and discover key issues while providing sound recommendations on corrective actions 
• Design and implement effective business solutions for driving continuous improvement and agility of the Company to enhance operational excellence and achieve efficiency. 
• Identify the opportunities for improvement to enhance quality, cost-saving and overall efficiency in the company
• Establish metrics, scorecards, methodologies and tools to track the progress on organizational performance   
• Lead analysis and re-engineering on vendor performance evaluation to drive desired results
• Deliver training workshops on developed tools

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities requirement:-

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management/ Operations Management/ Business Administration/ Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 6 years relevant experience preferably in sourcing industry gained from multinational or sizeable companies
• Solid experience in process improvement, Lean systems, project planning and execution
• Lean/Six-sigma qualification is a plus
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Well versed with the operations of MS Excel, Powerpoint, Visual Basic, Access and other information systems/ software etc
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese with Mandarin
• Frequent travel is required; Up to 10% travel
