Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the definition of user requirement with business
• Contribute to the day to day efficiency of operations department by giving solutions to day to day problems as far as systems and procedures are confirmed, drawing up current procedures and operational control documents applicable
• Contribute to the system implementation by analyzing and specifying requirements for new systems, proposing plan for a consistent use of systems between sites, users to get processes adapted
• Ensure that project deliverables are aligned with other IT projects, assist user test case, manage testing, and update project status
• Be responsible for system review and system design using web/app technologies, database design and system performance tuning
• Source and conduct feasibility study for technologies & solutions
• Monitor and maintain the existing applications and systems to ensure stable and consistent performance
• Trouble shooting and resolving technical issues
• Enforce system and data security measures
• Ensure regular execution of backup procedures
• Perform health checks
• Design the necessary disaster recovery plans and performing drills on a regular basis
• Research for latest trend of application and new technology
• Implement other IT related control activities as required by the Group

Duties:

• Development: APP (IOS and Android), Websites (PHP, MySQL, HTML5), Sales System (.NET, Dynamic CRM, MSSQL)
• Maintenance: AliCloud, Database (MySQL, MSSQL)

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ solid experiences in programming and application design
• Experience in Microsoft .NET framework native & web programming
• Hands on experience in the Microsoft technologies including MS CRM, SQL Server (SSAS,SSIS,SSRS) , web application architectures, RDBMS etc is an absolute advantage
• Experience or sound knowledge in requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, development, implementation and testing on application project
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting skills and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
