Job Description
- Focus on daily network/servers administration, operations and maintenance activities
- Responsible to provide post-sales Technical support (onsite and remotely) for assigned projects for existing customers to have appropriate technology environments.
- Pro-actively provide recommendation to Technical Manager of any customers’ need for technology improvement, which result in better customers’ satisfaction.
- Manage projects on network infrastructure, firewall systems and IP phones, etc
- Work closely with hardware and software vendors to ensure the smooth operation on the system infrastructure
- High diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in support Windows Server, Windows PC, H3C Switch, Sonicwall, Fortigate Firewall product
- Familiar with Wireless Controller, Access Point, Firewall, VPN, VLAN configuration & troubleshooting
- Solid experience in IT helpdesk support
- Certificates holder of CCNA / MCSE is preferred
- Immediate available preferred
