Key responsibilities: -

• Responsible for follow up product non-conformance problems and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
• Assist complete related quality document, managing quality system & process-control procedure
• Assist updating inspection result with internal team, and managing the inspection schedule

• Follow up with individual quality cases to suppliers
• Working with warehouse team for individual quality cases

• Assist preparing statistical data analysis, apply quality tools to detect process variation for optimization.
• Work closely with internal team and suppliers to ensure product specifications and clients’ requirements are met, and the smooth flow of timely delivery qualified products
• Managing QC report from supplier

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of international Quality & Reliability Test Standards
• Good in written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin language
• Self-motivated, independent & work under pressure
• Good communication, presentation & reporting skills
• Proficient in PC based program, WORD, EXCEL, E-MAIL etc
• Willing and able to travel to different areas of Mainland China (If necessary)
• Energetic, flexible, and positive approach to work attitude
