Responsibilities:

• Reported to Head of Marketing Communication
• Initiate strategic management plans for marketing communications programs, campaigns and events to meet with business objectives and corporate marcom strategies.
• Manage and execute branding projects and campaigns, formulate measurement reports for evaluation of effectiveness.
• Manage marketing communication budget control.
• Liaise with and monitor the work of external production agencies to ensure marketing activities are in line with the corporate branding guidelines.
• Monitor Public Relationship – press release, maintain media relationship and manage media complaints and organize public relationship events

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in, Marketing, Communication, Business or related disciplines.
• 5+ years Experience in brand building and marketing communications in the industry of beauty products /FMCG with clear understanding of culture and market is a MUST.
• Concrete experience in managing interactive / digital marketing communications campaigns or projects is required.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and Innovative.
• Presentable, Excellent presentation skills including the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management and different culture.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.
