Our Client is The Global Luxury Skincare and Cosmetics Brand, they are now seeking for < Marketing Director > to join their constantly growing and valuable company.

Job Description:

• Formulate marketing strategies and implement marketing plans to drive business and build brands
• Responsible for overall brand positioning, orchestrate and manage all products launches and marketing activities;
• Lead digital marketing and social media strategies to build brand image and raise brand awareness through integrated campaigns;
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that fully integrate marketing activities and PR initiatives;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize customer satisfaction, maintain customer relationship to enhance customer loyalty;
• Conduct market research to anticipate market trends and understand consumer purchasing behavior;
• Manage advertising and promotion budget and conduct business analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaign.

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least 6 years managerial experience
• Strong knowledge in Digital Marketing and Database Marketing
• Proven Digital and Offline Marketing initiative and experience with successful campaigns
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
