Job Description

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to enhance the brand awareness and achieve business targets
• Lead the team to develop and execute new marketing plans and ensuring successful implementation    
• Conduct business analysis to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Cultivate and maintain good relationships with press, media and external agencies
• Working with Brand Manager on budgeting to plan, develop and manage marketing  campaigns

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor in Marketing, Communication, Business or related discipline
• 4 years relevant experience in Fashion and retailing industry
• Hands-on experience in Kids wear fashion in highly preferred
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and / or Mandarin
• Proficient PC skills in MS office ,  Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator and Chinese work processing
• Ability to handle multi-task, target-oriented, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
• Independent, customer-oriented, well-organized and attentive to details    
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
