Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementation of integrated marketing activities to enhance brand awareness for CTF Education Group and its members, such as Victoria Educational Organisation and Victoria Playpark
• Produce high quality brand communications, including all external marketing materials to internal staff communications and comprehensive school materials
• Arrange and maintain regular communications (via e-newsletter, website and social media content updates, parenting and educational events, etc.) to engage existing and potential customers
• Work closely with inter-departments for new business launch and implement cost effective PR and marketing campaigns
• Prepare publicity plan and follow up with mass media and digital partners; implement effective campaigns from mass communications, SEO, SMO, content marketing, website to social media management and so on
• Assist Marketing Team in organizing the group’s annual corporate and inter-schools anchor events
• Provide administrative support to the Team including campaign result monitoring, regular reporting and expenses follow up

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or Communication preferred
• With minimum of 3 years integrated marketing experience; candidates with agencies background will be considered
• New product launch marketing experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, projects management and organizational skills
• Good team player with entrepreneur mindset and can do attitude; passionate about education industry and marketing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
• Immediately available is an advantage
