Responsibilities:

• Report to Marketing Manager, responsible to formulate and manage key strategies for building brand and delivering sales and profit growth to the company
• Initiate, develop and execute marketing activities within given budget and resources
• Manage yearly A&P budget and measure ROI
• Manage P&L and ensure achievement of sales and profit targets
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and achieve company objectives
• Coordinate and work with external agencies in creative production
• Review shipment and stock forecast regularly to ensure healthy inventory control
• Prepare sales reports, analysis and business review

Requirements:

• Degree Holder
• At least 5 years relevant experience in FMCG field
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
