Responsibilities:

• Assist in corporate communications strategy execution and messaging implementation, with focus on research, writing and proofreading
• Catalogue archive materials preservation & digitization projects
• Develop corporate communication materials
• Media relationship building and brand management support
• Manage corporate communication projects
• Participate in production of annual report, interim report and CSR report
• Organize press conferences

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in public relations, journalism, English/Chinese Language, sustainability or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of experience in public relations, agency, media, or marketing communications in a sizable organization
• Relevant experience in corporate communications and CSR/sustainability is desirable
• Relevant experience in similar function with a listed company is desirable
• Internet savvy, preferably with knowledge & skills in social media administration and digital content development
• Very strong English and Chinese language communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong time management & organizational skills
• Discreet, conscientious and a team player
