Job Duties

Event planning, management and execution
Liaise with potential partners to initiate and drive marketing events
Liaise contractors, design house and venues for the events
Social media communications and maintenance
Draft and translate press materials
Liaise with both internal and external parties for PR and marketing events and other ad-hoc projects
Preparation of quotation and proposal to clients

Job Requirements

Passionate in event industry
Experience in event marketing / advertising / PR agencies is definitely an advantage
Good communication skills with analytical mind
Proficient with Powerpoint, Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal and customer relations
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Conversant in English and Mandarin
Good organizational skills with outstanding attention to details
Quick thinking and positive attitude
