The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is a statutory body established by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2008, responsible for developing the West Kowloon Cultural District.

Job title: Project Coordinator

Department: Marketing & Customer Experience

Duration: 6 months (Subject to renew)

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui – China Hong Kong City Office

Responsibilities:

• liaising with programme teams on projects details and execute the marketing plan including promotion materials, online platforms engagement, contact potential stakeholder/ audience groups to ensure successful output;
• providing support to project managers on daily marketing operations; 
• promote the projects to target audience; and
• prepare procurement documents for assigned projects.

Requirement:

• process a recognised university degree, ideally in marketing, cultural management or related discipline;
• possess at least 3 years relevant working experience in coordinating or promoting projects targeting a mass audience or to the arts or cultural sectors; experienced in liaising with producers, artists, curators or programme managers would be an advantage;

• have high proficiency in MS Office applications included Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
• good interpersonal and communication skills and multi-tasking.
