Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the team head & take an active role in assisting with the daily merchandising duties from sampling to bulk shipment
• Responsible for all development processes from materials & trim sourcing, proto to salesmen samples are completed under the tight deadlines
• Follow up testing report
• Communicate and execute design concept to teams, factories and suppliers
• Follow up closely on production schedule and ensure timely delivery
• Handle caring label content, make sure all information are accurate
• Data processing for purchase orders, maintain accurate records in our system
• Keep track on the delivery and order status, liaise and follow up with clients and factories as required
• Assist in other ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• F.7 or above, graduate in Fashion and Textile or preferred
• Minimum 6-7 years’ experience or above relevant solid experience in woven and knit
• Hands on individual and able to work independently
• Good communication skill, initiative, well-organized and attentive to details with high sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook Express
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Occasional travel to China
• Immediately available is preferable
