Due to business expansion, a multinational law firm is looking for a high-caliber legal secretary with around 3-6 years of experience to provide support to the associates and lawyers in different departments.

Your Main Challenges & Daily Tasks

• Perform secretarial and administrative support to fee earners and associates
• Preparing Correspondence and all legal related paper work
• Screen phone calls and emails and schedule meeting
• Communicate with the Account Department to issue bills
• Performs other ad hoc projects as assigned

You Might Be the Ideal Candidate If You Have

• 3-6 years working in legal industry, experience in global legal providers would be a plus.
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Team player, good attention to detail, flexible and can-do attitude
