Responsibilities:

• Prepare company secretarial documents for the listed company and its subsidiaries
• Organize board meetings, committees meetings and shareholders meetings
• Assist in preparation of annual and interim reports, announcements, circulars and other disclosure documents
• Maintain/update statutory records
• Assist in analyzing legal and regulatory issues and preparing relevant documents

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Corporate Governance or related disciplines
• Associate or Student member of HKICS/ICSA is preferred
• At least 2 years company secretarial experience, experience in listed companies is preferred
• Basic knowledge in Companies Ordinance and Listing Rules
• Good command of English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin is preferred
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
