Our client is an international shareholder services provider with a strong presence in Asia. They are currently looking for Company Secretarial Services professionals to join the team in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Head of the business, your main task is to provide listed corporate clients with a full spectrum of company secretarial services in compliance with HK ordinances, rules and regulations. You will draft and review announcements, disclosures and reports, and assist clients with corporate activities.

To qualify, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and be a member of the HKICS or ICSA. At least 5 years of solid experience performing company secretarial functions in a listed corporate is required, as well as a thorough understanding of Listing Rules, Company Ordinance, and Securities and Future Ordinance. Candidates must be able to communicate well in English, as well as, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Less experienced candidates can be considered for Assistant Manager.
