Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up customers' enquiries and service requests
- Coordinate with working partners to ensure timely delivery of quality translation projects
- Provide ad hoc operations support in Public Holidays as necessary
Requirements:
- F.7 or above with at least 1 year of experience in handling customer queries
- Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill and service attitude
- Well-organized, willing to learn and work in a fast pace working environment
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work overtime
- Shift may be required
- Fresh graduate is also welcome
