Our client is a leading player in the market with international business and solid regional growth, listed in the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

They are looking to hire an Assistant Company Secretarial Manager for their company secretarial function.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full range of company secretarial matters for the listed company 
• Prepare materials for board meetings, shareholders meetings and take minutes
• Prepare interim /annual report
• Draft announcement, circulars and assist on handling corporate transactions 

 Requirements:

• Background in corporate administration, law, accounting or other relevant disciplines
• HKICS Graduate member
• 5 - 8(+) years experience in handling company secretarial matters for listed company
• Familiar with Hong Kong Listing rules, company ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
• Able to work independently and a good team player 
• Speaks fluent English, Chinese, able to communicate in Mandarin
