Job Description

Worker Engagement, part of ELEVATE’s global Consulting business, uses data to create safe and respectful workplaces. We are now seeking a detailed-oriented Senior Survey Operations Analyst to support our survey and helpline programs, including Laborlink, Amader Kotha (Bangladesh) and Suara Kami (Malaysia). You will play a key role in delivering ELEVATE’s Worker Engagement services, including project planning, client communication, team coordination, onsite implementation, data reporting and online platform management.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage survey project in terms of timeline and quality of deliverables
  • Manage helpline systems and operators’ performance effectively
  • Respond to issues of scheduling, survey onsite delivery, auditors’ level of support
  • Customize survey programs with client’s strategy and ELEVATE’s approach
  • Review and publish reports at the factory-level or project-level
  • Support data interpretation to identify trends, differences between sub-groups of workers, key drivers, areas of risk, and opportunities for improvement

Qualification  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Social Science or similar discipline or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years or more experience in project/program management
  • Familiarity with helplines and other technology for social impact
  • Advanced English writing and speaking skills
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with global team members
  • Preferred understanding on supply chain, manufacturing industry, sustainability, and/or corporate social responsibility field
