Job Description

• Oversee and administer full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll administration, compensation & benefits and staff relations
• Partner with department heads, business unit heads and senior management team to provide professional HR insight and solutions
• Promote and implement Group initiatives and support corporate activities
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
• At least 5 years of solid experience in administrative/HR management
• Good team player, high energy levels, strong sense of responsibility and flexible
• High proficiency in MS office
• Excellent command of both spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
