Job Description

l  Promote and sell overseas properties to Hong Kong-based investors

l  Establish & maintain a favorable and long-term relationship with customers

l  Deliver professional pre-sales services and post-sales services to clients

l  Provide professional and ongoing client supports

l  Advice clients on accurate marketing information such as prices, mortgage and related matters

l  Facilitate and coordinate oversee signing of documents and disbursement of funds

Job Requirements

l  More than 1 year of working experience

l  Relevant work experience in real estate/sales/relevant industries

l  Excellent communication and negotiation skills

l  Good in both Cantonese and Mandarin, English is Plus

l  Friendly and sociable, with good client-facing skills
