Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update presentation materials, reports and tenancy documents
• Participate in execution of business plan(s) and leasing negotiation in need base
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
• Prepare and maintain leasing database and filing system
• Handle ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Job Requirement:

• Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Good team player, detail-minded and self-driven
• Able to work under pressure with tight schedule and multiple tasks
• Degree holder preferably in Information System Engineering or Real Estate
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing is a must
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• 1 - 2 years’ working experience in asset management / retail leasing for private equity fund/ / property developer / landlord

**Candidate with less experience will be considered as Asset Management Assistant.
