Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for lease negotiation, tenancy follow-up and supervision of property management for the designated portfolio
• Strengthen business network with current tenants, corporate clients, property agencies and stakeholders
• Conduct market research and data analysis
• Responsible for any assigned ad-hoc projects

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Real Estate or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in retail leasing, preferably with property developer or real estate fund management company
• Strong market sense, proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Able to work under pressure with tight schedule and multiple tasks

** Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Asset Management.
