Assistant Officer

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate and follow-up different projects and events (e.g. Study Missions, Seminars and Annual Dinner)
• To assist in association development and management, project planning and implementation
• Promotion work, including printed materials and social media management.
• Provide administrative support 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 1 years' experience in social service, event management or administration.
• Fluently in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Outgoing personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Immediately available is preferred

• $13,000-$15,000/month 

香港金屬製造業協會於一九九四年十二月十五日註冊成立，乃一非牟利商會組織，旨在增進同業間的聯繫，整體提升金屬製造業的生產技術和管理能力，增加在國際市場上的競爭力，並團結我業同寅，捍衛業界權益，提升金屬製造業在工業界及社會上之形象。 

協會現有會員公司逾七百家，透過定期舉辦各項活動，包括考察訪問、研討會、組織會員參加展覽、出版刊物等，推動會員之間的技術交流和促進業界的業務發展。此外，協會不斷與本港、內地及海外各工商組織、專業團體、政府部門建立聯繫和維持良好合作關係，以反映業界意見，爭取所需支持，促進行業發展。
