Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager/ Assistant Manager to implement projects handled by Team and work according to the Agency’s Strategic Aims.
• Assist in managing the daily operation / facility management of Volunteer Development & Activities Centre (VDAC)
• Assist in promotion and publication development of volunteer related projects
• Assist in system building on the management of Volunteering, as well as the Volunteer Development & Activities Centre
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisors from time to time 

Requirements: 

• Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) equivalent or above
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably with event management & volunteer management experience
• Good team player with sound coordination techniques
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in PC knowledge (including MS Office)
• Willing to work on every Saturdays; maybe on Sundays or public holidays as needed

Contract Period: 2 years
